Forum Genre as the Step Teenage Care Stunting
The stoning issue in Indonesia has been set as a national priority issue that requires massive cross-sector handling, given its significant impact on the quality of future human resources. According to the frame of thinking that Dhefara Hersaning Aka (2025), the stunting effort in Madiun City is no longer focused on the clinical intervention of birth, but it is shifting towards prevention in the northern sector by targeting youth groups as future parents. The basis of the major law that highlights this movement is President's Rule. 72 in 2021 on Stunting Repentance Acceleration, which is then implemented locally through Madiun Mayor Number 65 in 2022. In this context, the Planned Generation Forum (Genre) appears to be a strategic non-profit actor under the nature of Health Services, Residential Control, and Family Planning (Dinkes PP and KB) Madiun City. The role of this forum was crucial because they were able to break the stoning chain through reproductive health education and family life planning for teenagers, which when it comes to Bustami and Ampera's thinking (2020), it was the most effective preventive move to avoid growth failure due to chronic malnutrition and reinfection.
Theoretically, the effectiveness of Forum Genre was analyzed using the concept of a non-profit organization mentioned by Maier dkk. (2024), which covers the top five dimensions of service, advocacy, integration, cultural and innovation. In the service dimension, Forum Genre actively provides a direct service of peer counseling and field socialization in various educational and KB villages. The role advocacy is run through intensive dialogues with policy makers, including their involvement in Rembug Stunting city level to ensure an accommodated adolescent aspirations in development planning. Meanwhile, in terms of integration, this organization builds collaboration with various partners, both government agencies and community organizations, to create an ecosystem that supports the acceleration of the stoning drop. The development of cultural patterns is done by allowing healthy lifestyle change and balanced nutrition to scrape out the bad habits of teenagers who risk giving birth to future stress generations. No matter, the aspect of innovation is manifested through the utilization of digital platforms like live media live (Instagram) as a educational tool relevant to the characteristics of the current generation Z and alpha.
The success of Forum Genre in Madiun City is also greatly influenced by the systemic support of the local government and the sociological factor of "education age." Approach of, by, and to teenagers making messages about the dangers of early marriage and the importance of nutrition easier to accept without a rigid formality. This goes along with the findings in Dhefara research which suggests that the involvement of central figures like the Mother Genre City Madiun gives strong legitimacy to any forum activity. However, along the way, bureaucratic and administrative challenges are often a hindrance, in which budget-melting procedures and inter-agency coordination are sometimes unaligned with the speed of youth in the field. Moreover, majority member dynamics is students and students who move domincally for education demanding that there be an adaptive and sustainable regeneration system of leadership to keep the working program unstopped.
To conclude, the role of the Madiun City Forum Generation Plan is a real manifestation of public participation in national health policy. Through the integration of the role of the role of nonprofit organization and the real action in the field, this forum has managed to position itself not only as an executioner of the program, but as a strategic partner of the government in changing the stress prevention paradigm. By strengthening the teen health literacy, Forum Genre contributed directly to the achievements of national prevalence targets 14% by 2024. In the future, the consistency of digital innovation and the simplification of bureaucratic access will be the key to allowing these adolescent contributions to be broader and more sustainable for human quality development in Madiun and Indonesia in general.
