This study focuses on a review of policy changes in the study frameavailable governance, especially through reconstruction of local bureaucratic reform as an attempt at local development acceleration. The paradigm shift of a common bureaucratic reform toward a reproductive bureaucratic reform is a major point of interest in this research. Thematic bureaucratic reformation is seen as a more contextual and responsive approach to specific needs and challenges in the area, thus able to address development problems more accurately.
In this context, this study has looked at how models of policy change are designed and implemented, as well as the extent of the economic bureaucratic reform can be a solution in the face of social, economic and administrative dynamics. Approachavailable governanceused to see how bureaucracy not only runs administrative functions static, but is also able to transform dynamic through the process of learning, innovation policy, and conformity to strategic environmental change.
Furthermore, this study also exploring factor- factors that affect the success of the economic reform implementation, including the institutional capacity, leadership, cross-sector coordination, as well as policy support from the central government. It's important to make sure that reform is not symbolic, but truly able to improve bureaucratic performance in support of local development acceleration.
The results of this study are expected to contribute theoretically in the development of conceptsavailable governanceIn the context of bureaucratic reform, it also produces practical recommendations for local governments in designing more adaptive, innovative, and oriented policy of results. Thus, this study is expected to strengthen the role of bureaucracy as a strategic actor in promoting the development of effective, efficient and sustainable areas.
