This study is meant to develop an integration model of the water management system ready to drink based on HIPPAM in the Poor City by referring to its quality management system and sustainable environment. The availability of safe and decent drinking water access is one of the basic needs of society and an important target in sustainable development agenda. In this context, community-based water management like HIPPAM has a strategic role, but still faces numerous challenges regarding service quality, system sustainability, and coordination between my wood interests.

This research integrate approaches Collaborative governance regime as a basis for building sustainable and long-term orientation management mechanisms. This approach emphasizes the importance of multiparty collaboration, including the local government, the HIPPAM management, the community, and other supporting sectors, in creating adaptive, transparent, accountable management systems. In addition, this study also adopted the principles of the quality management system and the environment to ensure that water management not only meets quality standards, but also pays attention to aspects of sustainable environment.

In the course of Brawijaya University's Mother's Research Plan 2021- 2025, especially in the field of hate and environment, this research is expected to contribute to the acceleration of the Advanced Development Purpose (SDGs) goal, particularly the sixth goal is to ensure the availability and management of clean water and sanitation that continues for all. In particular, this research is also expected to support the Poor City Government in reaching its universal access target of 100% drinking water.

This research is expected to produce a model of integration of management that can be practically implemented, as well as a reference to the sustainable development of community-based water management systems in other areas.
