The project aims to explore the impact of collaboration between the various wickets of interest in increasing disaster management implementation. Given the ever-increasing complexity and scale of disaster, collaboration between government, private sector, civil society, and international institutions is crucial to creating a more effective management system in response to disaster. In this context, this project will analyze how this partnership can amplify the response to disaster, increase the efficiency of resources, and accelerate postdisaster recovery.

The background of this project focuses on the importance of more intensive collaboration in disaster management. Many countries, including Indonesia, have adopted various collaborative models in disaster management to maximize resource utilization and accelerate the process of mitigation and recovery. However, the main challenges often faced are less effective coordination, uncertainty in role division, and limitation in terms of access and resource distribution.

The primary purpose of this project is to identify the factor- the key factors that support or hinder collaboration in disaster management implementation, as well as evaluate its impact on speed, efficiency, and the quality of response to disaster. The project also aims to give recommendations on how to fix collaborative models in disaster management to improve system effectiveness.

The expected impact of this project is the insight into the importance of collaboration in disaster management, as well as providing a better policy and strategy to improve the cooperation of my maker of interest. With a stronger collaboration, hopefully a response to disaster can be faster, more effective, and a greater impact on reducing losses and accelerating recovery.
