The project aims to explore constraints and trajectoris application of agile management in the context of the government, by focusing on its role as a tool to improve productivity and maintain structural endurance in the government system. The agile management, which was originally applied to project management in the private sector, is increasingly applied in the context of governments to face the dynamic of fast and complex changes. However, on the other hand, agile applications in the public sector also present challenges related to the sustainability of existing government structures, as well as the potential discrepancy of principles - more traditional bureaucratic principles.

The background of this project focuses on the challenges faced by the government in adopting agile management, which focuses on flexibility, cross-function team collaboration, as well as quick response to change. In a way, agile applications can increase government productivity and responsiveness of the changing society needs. But, on the other hand, it can affect the structural resilience of the government that's been based on more rigid systems and procedures. The project aims to analyze how a balance between these two aspects can be achieved.
