Durratun Nashihah, adalah seorang peneliti di Pusat Studi Kebijakan dan Pembangunan (CPDS), dan juga dosen di Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik, Universitas Merdeka Malang. Meraih gelar Sarjana Administrasi Publik baik S1 maupun S2 dari Fakultas Ilmu Administrasi Universitas Brawijaya. Selama menjabat sebagai peneliti dan dosen, ia lebih mengutamakan dedikasinya untuk mendalami perencanaan pembangunan daerah.
