  1. Participants and presenters must fill out the submission form. Participants do not need to submit a scientific work, while presenters must submit their scientific work in the form of a PPT, PDF, or web format.
  2. The article review process will be conducted by reviewers. The review process is single-blind. Each manuscript is evaluated by two reviewers. The first stage involves screening for overall quality and relevance. A manuscript can only be considered for acceptance if it receives favorable recommendations from both reviewers.
  3. Announcements will be sent to each participant via email based on the information
    provided in the submission form.
  4. Participants and presenters are required to complete registration and payment through the details provided via email.
  5. The committee will send the necessary documents to participants and presenters as required for their departure to South Korea.
  6. The final announcement, containing an agreement notice between participants and presenters for the symposium, will be sent via email.
